Privacy Policy

    Last updated: September 12, 2026

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

    1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and payment information.

    2. Site Analytics and Visitor Tracking

We collect analytics data when you visit our marketing pages to understand traffic patterns and improve our services. Our own visitor log records your IP address, the page URL visited, referring URL, browser type (user agent), and approximate geographic location (city, region, country, and timezone) derived from your IP address, grouped by a random session identifier stored in your browser's session storage that is cleared when you close the tab. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, traffic sources, device and browser types, approximate location, and events such as submitting the demo or contact form, and Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous page performance timings. If you arrive via a marketing link with UTM parameters (e.g., utm_source, utm_campaign), those values are captured to measure campaign effectiveness.

    3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (names beginning with _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions; these cookies do not contain your name, email, or other directly identifying information. Vercel Speed Insights does not set cookies. Our own visitor log uses session storage rather than cookies. We do not use browser fingerprinting or advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; the site works normally either way.

    4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages, and respond to your comments and questions. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are most visited, where our visitors are located geographically, and how effective our marketing campaigns are.

    5. Data Retention

Raw visitor data in our own log (including IP addresses) is retained for 90 days. After 90 days, individual records are aggregated into anonymous daily statistics (page view counts by location) and the raw records are permanently deleted. Aggregated statistics do not contain IP addresses or user agents. Google Analytics event data is retained by Google for 14 months. Account and transaction data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

    6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including Google (analytics) and Vercel (hosting and performance measurement), or when required by law. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

    7. SMS/Text Messaging

Glo Matrix LLC operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment reminders, service updates, onboarding communications, and promotional offers. Phone numbers are collected through opt-in forms on our website with explicit consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Users can get help by replying HELP or emailing privacy@glomatrix.app. Phone numbers and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

    8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no security system is impenetrable.

    9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time. You may request deletion of your visitor analytics data by contacting us at info@glomatrix.app. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. EU/EEA visitors: We process IP addresses under our legitimate interest in understanding site traffic. You may object to this processing by contacting us.

    10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our platform and updating the effective date.

    11. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us at info@glomatrix.app.
